Our policy on Privacy gives you the security and knowledge of safe and private shopping through any of our websites:

E-mail data - We only ever use your e-mail address to acknowledge your order and advise the progess etc.  With your permission, your e-mail address is used to inform you of any special offers, promotions or introduction of any products that Harfer Ltd offers through any of our websites.  This data is not shared with any 3rd party and is only ever used for the above and stated purposes.  At any time you would like to be removed from our mailing list, just e-mail us or click the unsubscribe tab on any of our mailers.

Contact data - We do not send brochures, mailers or other correspondence in the post.  All communication is made by e-mail ONLY. In the unlikely event that we have to make contact with you and we have been unable to receive a response to any e-mail(s), we may telephone you, if you have provided a number (optional).   

Credit/debit card data - The only credit/debit card details we can view on your transaction are the last 4 digits of your card and the issueing bank. We do not hold any credit/debit card numbers, as these are held through our secure shopping area, which has an extremely high security encryption provided by Sagepay, formerly Protx.

Statement information - Any purchase from any of our websites with show the name Harfer Ltd on your credit card/bank statement.

Data Protection - We fully comply with the UK Data Protection Act 1988.

Order sending - Your order is sent in secure and undistinguishable package/box with only a return address sticker.
